Seven Devils Whiskey

SEVEN DEVILS STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY

Seven Devils is the first whiskey made in Idaho using spring-fed water from the Seven Devils Mountain range. This high-quality craft spirit is aged in our barrel house for a minimum of four to five years, in new charred oak barrels. The result is a smooth straight bourbon whiskey that drinks well on its own or as the signature base in a classic Old Fashioned. A great American spirit made in small batches.

SEVEN DEVILS STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY

Seven Devils Rye Whiskey is made from the finest rye distillate sourced in North America. After oak barrel-aging a minimum of 4 years, the finished rye whiskey is carefully blended and filtered with water. The golden amber hue is characteristic of rye whiskey which compliments the inviting aroma of vanilla. A complex flavor profile has elements of sweetness from the oak barrels and a hint of spice from the rye.

Seven Devils Barrel proof

Initially, this limited edition of Seven Devils Straight Bourbon Whiskey was bottled to commemorate Koenig Distillery’s 20th year. Now, it has become a permanent product. After eight years of aging in the barrel cellar, the low yields resulted in an exceptional example of perfectly aged bourbon. Notes of caramel and vanilla complement the spicy finish.

  • KOENIG POTATO VODKA

Using our hand-built copper pot stills, we are able to produce a superior tasting vodka due to the even distillation and the chemical reaction that copper creates. The combination of the copper pot distillation and the unique qualities of potatoes results in a vodka of unsurpassed smoothness. The potatoes are more difficult to distill but the final product has a quality, consistency and elegance not obtained by any other method.
